Now i understand why part timers can be very pissed off during event grounds/operations..
Maybe its the job of the event project manager to ensure that everything is well planned and instructions are clear for people to follow.
Without all these, how is the helpers able to help to create a memorable event experience for all?
and with this, i've just made a stupid and silly mistake and sell of my hand for nthg in return. (okay, maybe got a little respect. but so? Who cares anyway).
